Our products are completely disassembled and installation is the responsibility of our customers. Everything you need for installation is included in the product packages. You can easily install with a Phillips screwdriver. Minifix and dowel are preferred as the connection system. It can be easily cleaned with a soft, dry or damp cloth (with water or soapy water). Our products are resistant to moisture and steam; you can use them with peace of mind in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

In order for the products you purchase to be delivered to you without any damage, packaging is carried out using filling materials in accordance with internationally accepted standards. However, in rare cases, some parts of the product may be damaged such as crushing and cracking during the cargo transportation process. If you send us the numbers of the damaged parts by looking at the assembly diagram of the product and their visuals, the new parts will be sent to you by cargo. All of our production processes are carried out with computer-controlled machines. In addition, products are checked by our experienced staff during production and packaging to prevent possible problems. Despite this, production errors may occur, albeit at very low rates. In the event of any production error in the product sent to you, if you inform us with the visual of the faulty part, we will detect the damage and send a new part/parts if the problem can be solved by replacing the part.
