We offer Free UK Delivery to mainland UK. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain offshore locations may be subject to additional fees or alternative arrangements.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. All stock is held locally in our Newhaven warehouse, ensuring your delivery dates are accurate and completely avoiding dropshipping delays.

To ensure safe transit, larger utility setups and twin cabinets arrive flat-packed on a pallet delivered to your kerbside. Smaller individual units are shipped via standard parcel couriers.

Mild detergents or special cleaning products can be used to clean bathroom furniture. The use of harsh cleaning agents and abrasive sponges should be avoided because they can damage the surface of the furniture.

es. For safety and stability, all tall or heavy units must be secured. We supply brackets suitable for solid walls and wooden studs. If you are installing on a plasterboard wall, please ensure you anchor directly into the studs using appropriate heavy-duty fixings.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and we cannot accept returns on products that have been built or altered.
